TooTimid is an e-commerce company which relies on email promotions and website interaction to boost sales and foster customer engagement. My work on the newsletter came during an exploration phase during which we tested a number of graphics with increased visual elements and less text. We also tried different sized graphics, finding that long graphics weren’t necessarily better, but that larger product images performed well. I created templates for graphics that worked well so that they could be easily customized for new products or content.

I also, designed a variety of hero graphics for the website homepage which drew in above average click-rates.
